If you’re looking for some b-sides then pick up the new Hieroglyphics album Over Time. This new CD doesn’t bring anything new but rather some old tracks that needed light. Hence Over Time, there’s a good variety of songs throughout the years. In fact this would be a CD to celebrate the Hiero Imperium having 10 years in business. This is my favorite group in the music world and I like to see them stay in it. I would highly suggest picking this album up. I’m going to give Over Time a

March 29, 2007Ling Ling Pot Stickers
March 29, 2007My lunch consisted of about a dozen Ling Ling pot stickers i made in the pan. So good. I love pot stickers with soy sauce.

The Ugly Side of Break-dancing
March 29, 2007Not much said but it’s great to see what happens at the end of a day after a long session of break-dancing. These minor injuries only happen because the floor is carpet.

Mongolian B.B.Q.
March 29, 2007The pick-what-you-want-and-have-it-cooked-fresh meal. For about $11 one can get a bowl packed of goodies like meats and veggies with noodles and and combo of sauces. Yes, it’s $11 because you can go back and get more. It was good and filling.

Costco Hot-dogs
March 22, 2007After school I went to Costco for lunch and got two Sinai Kosher hot-dogs. Two hot-dogs is a lot even for me. Their only $1.50 each which includes a drink. So $3.00 for two hot-dogs and two drinks, even though I only needed one drink. I usually get the works; this would include ketchup, mustard, relish and onions. One cool thing is you don’t have to have a Costco membership to buy lunch.

Organic Popables
March 20, 2007I needed a little snack to boost my energy level. I love fruit and veggies, especially when their labor-saving. These here are blackberries mixed with blueberries and the second dish is a bowl of edamames.

A Wild Turkey In My Backyard!
March 19, 2007I came home from work and low and behold there was a turkey in my backyard! Yeah, a true random moment whereby a Thanksgiving mascot appeared on my property. Don’t be fooled, this is no baby turkey lost from it’s mother. This turkey is fully grown, and meets pilgrim standards. Not much to say but “wow”.

Irish Corned Beef & Cabbage
March 18, 2007My mom makes this annual dinner of corned beef and cabbage in relation to St. Patrick’s Day. I looked forward to this meal all week. Those who do not know, its a true de’lish. This meal consists of corned beef, cabbage all in a soup based broth with some carrots. When it’s ready to eat it’s prepared with mustard on dark rye bread or the more popular jewish rye bread. From that you can make a sandwich or just plop it all together and enjoy. When the leftovers are gone I wont be seeing this meal for another year.

Big POM
March 18, 2007I looked in my fridge and I was astonished that not only was there a POM pomegranate black tea but a Pom that is 46 full ounces! I compared it to the “normal” sized POM tea drinks (the glass). This picture doesn’t capture the true size of this drink. I love POM.

R.I.P. Nugget
March 18, 2007Nugget would be the name of my girlfriend’s sister’s hamster. This hamster has to be a few years old. Nonetheless, Nugget was lively, fun and put that running-wheel to work. This was an inconvenient occurrence. I will miss Nugget.

Nugget was then buried.
