April 10, 2007Music Review: Hieroglyphics – Over Time
March 29, 2007If you’re looking for some b-sides then pick up the new Hieroglyphics album Over Time. This new CD doesn’t bring anything new but rather some old tracks that needed light. This CD was released on March 6th 2007 with a bit of a change. The song styles are consistent yet diverse compared to the old albums. This album seems to be categorized as “alternative” but I’m not sure if thats what I would call it. It is also true that most of the songs have soft vocals. If I were to picture the scenery of this album, I would have to describe it as if one were to walk into a Hip-Hop meadow. Yeah, for-real! This is whole album is like a dope elevator beat. If you haven’t heard this album then I would defiantly say to pick this one up but it’s no Since We Last Spoke. I’m going to give The Third Hand a
